30-Day Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product,provided it meets the following conditions (USA customers only):

The product must be returned unused in brand new condition with all packaging and manuals 

included. A used camera is not returnable. A decision to return the product must be approved by Wholesaleincalifornia.com, and we will issue a return authorization number. A Product can only be returned in the first 30 days after initial delivery for a full refund. If the product is in used condition, a 25% fee will be charged. If the product is damaged in any way, no refund will be  issued.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery, regardless of reason

Can I cancel my order at any time?
You can cancel your order any time before it ships out and leaves one of our facilities, by clicking “Cancel Order” in the “Your Account”
section for that specific order. Once your order is marked as “Shipped”
and has a tracking number it cannot be cancelled. In this case you will
have to wait until you receive it and initiate an RMA claim if
necessary.


I have requested a refund for my order, when will it be processed?
Once you have spoken with one of our customer service representatives
or initiated an RMA claim (see Returns), and we receive your item back
at one of our facilities, we will process your refund. Refunds are
returned to the original form of payment. Please note that the time it
takes for the funds to appear on your original form of payment is solely
due to that specific financial institution or credit card. Typical
industry times are 3-5 business days.

How do I return an item?
If you experience a problem with any items purchased from us and wish
to return them, please go to your “My Orders” area and click on “Return
This Item” to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claim.
Once you enter all of the necessary information, a return shipping
label will be generated for you to return the item to one of our
facilities. Alternatively, you can also file an RMA claim using the
online form at wholesaleincalifornia.com, or contact us at support@wholesaleincalifornia.com. Please make sure you that you are within our 1 Year Warranty period.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once you have initiated your RMA claim and generated your free return
shipping label, you will need to ship the item back to us. Upon
receiving the item back at one of our facilities and checking it in for
review, we will process a replacement or refund within 48 business
hours, depending on the availability of a suitable replacement. You can
check the status of your RMA once initiated

How much will it cost me to submit and process an RMA and are there restocking fees?
There is no cost to our customers for returns and we do not charge any restocking fees
Will I have to pay shipping fees for returns?
No, we cover all return shipping fees and create a return shipping label for you to make it easier

USA Domestic Returns:

Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please email us at suppoprt@wholesaleincalifornia.com to receive an RMA#. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

All defective items can be exchanged for the same model as the defective item or refunded for the cost of the item. Never opened items can be fully refunded. At our discretion, all opened non-defective returns will be assessed up to a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept any returns of products that are damaged by customers.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To be accepted, the product must be in the original packaging including all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards. Any damage or defects to the products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.

For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value, and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. The original receipt or a copy of it should also be included in your return package.

Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. The original and return Wholesalecalifonia.comcharges will not be refunded or reimbursed. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped 

without shipping or handling charges to the customer.
